Fill out the contact form on our website’s contact page. After you read and agree to our terms and conditions, provide the following details:

We will contact you to confirm your booking.

3. Website Chat

Cancellation Policy for Private Chef Bookings

Please read the Crete Chefs cancellation policy carefully before you make your booking.

If We Cancel Your Booking
We do our best to avoid any inconvenience. However, we may need to cancel or postpone your experience for reasons such as:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Fires
  • Natural disasters
  • Police or port authority restrictions
  • Terrorism or war
  • Serious accidents
  • Mechanical problems with our vehicles that cannot be resolved within 24 hours
  • Any other reason for which Crete Chefs is responsible

If we must cancel, we will inform you as soon as possible. You can choose to reschedule or cancel your booking. In the unlikely event that we cancel, you will receive a full refund.

Crete Chefs may also modify or change an experience for safety, weather, or any reason that affects your program or the duration of your experience.

If You Cancel Your Booking

  • Full refund (minus bank charges): Cancel 7 days or more before your event.
  • 50% refund (minus bank charges): Cancel 4–6 days before your event.
  • No refund: Cancel 1–2 days or less before your event.

Private Chef Booking Policy – Payment Terms

Online Reservation System

To book a recommended experience through our website, you must pay 20% of the total amount. For personalized services, a 50% deposit is required within 5 days of receiving your confirmation email.

To pay online:

  • Enter your personal and payment information using our secure payment gateway.
  • Check and confirm your booking details.
  • Receive a confirmation email once your booking is complete.

Booking by Phone, Chat, Email, or Contact Form

To book by phone, chat, email, or contact form, you must pay the full amount to confirm your booking. We will send our bank account details via SMS or email. Please complete your payment at least 10 days before your experience date.
